Vertikal Signs Exclusive Sales and Rental Partnership Agreement with Comansa for India, Nepal, and Bhutan

Pamplona, Spain – 16 Oct 2024 – Mtandt Group, through its entity Vertikal, is pleased to announce that it has signed an exclusive sales and rental partnership agreement with Comansa, a global leader in tower crane manufacturing. This agreement covers the territories of India, Nepal, and Bhutan and was finalized today at Comansa's headquarters in Pamplona, Spain.

As part of this strategic partnership, Vertikal has committed to investing in 100 Comansa Tower Cranes for rental over the next three years. This investment will significantly enhance Vertikal’s fleet and enable it to meet the growing demand for high-quality construction equipment in the region.

In addition to this groundbreaking partnership, Vertikal is proud to announce that Al Tasneem Group of Oman has taken a stake in the company, marking a significant step towards expanding Vertikal's business operations in the Middle East region. The collaboration aims to leverage Al Tasneem Group’s expertise and network to facilitate growth and provide superior services to clients across the Middle East.

Furthermore, Vertikal has placed an initial order for five units of the Comansa 21CM335 12T Tower Crane, which will be incorporated into its fleet. These cranes are recognized for their reliability, efficiency, and advanced technology, making them an ideal choice for modern construction projects.
